To receive support with Science IT Computing infrastructure and/or any other Science IT topic, please send an email to help@s3it.uzh.ch.

Guidance on Contacting Us¶

To maximize efficiency when submitting inquiries and/or requests regarding Science IT computing, please include the following information in your email:

• your UZH shortname

• the UZH shortnames of all researchers mentioned in your inquiry/request

• the name of your Science IT project (also called "tenant")

• for ScienceCloud, the name of the server(s) about which you have questions

• for ScienceCluster, any available job ID's that could assist with the inquiry
